Checked in; staff wasn't very welcoming. During our stay, we had issues with the door lock and the shower drainage. We called maintenance three times, and they fixed it while we were out. The hotel is also next to Target, Starbucks, shops, and restaurants. Overall, the stay was okay.

The property was better than we imagined. I brought my wife to Napa for the first time to celebrate her 50th birthday. I let the concierge know in advance and they really took care of us with a room upgrade, wine and bubbles with strawberries along with a handwritten note wishing her a happy birthday. The property was really nice and clean and the staff was fantastic. They have a nice pool, courtyards with games, a nice bar and restaurant. It is also conveniently located across the street from the vine trail and between downtown Napa, St. Helana and Calistoga. If you are thinking about staying here, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Clean room, great customer service (reception desk and the restaurant). Great amenities. We went during Christmas week and they offer so many things such as wine tasting, s’mores making, rental bikes, morning yoga, food credits to their hotel restaurant, WiFi, etc. you definitely get your money back from the daily resort fee!
