"Staff at this hotel are excellent. Simon who served us at the roof top patio was particularity friendly and gelpful and made the dinner we had there enjoyable. The front desk staff were very helpful and their English proficiency was cery much appreciated. The staff at buffet breakfask were all great as well. It is true what is said, that people make the difference and this was very true at this hotel"

"Great location. Efficient service. Note: there's no coffee machine in the room and the included breakfast starts at 7:00 ( 7:30 on Sundays). As most trips outside Santiago start before 7:00, you'll probably miss it. This is, obviously, not the hotel fault, but it's something to keep in mind if you can't function in the morning unless properly caffeinated."
