"Nice hotel and can recommend. Very good location, nice interior, clean rooms with an amazing view of the Main Street. Would have given 5 stars in rating, if the cleaning crew wouldn’t have stood twice in my room at 8:45 / 9:00 while I was still sleeping (woke up and was a bit surprised)."

"Excellent apartments close to centre of Santiago by the L1 Metro. (Short) Walking distance to plaza des armas and Santa Lucia park. Apartments are decently furnished sparkling clean with comfortable beds with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, coffee machine and cooking utensils. They aren’t “plush” and are ultimately functional but for the price and location (and true ability to cook if desired) I would definitely recommend."

"Great staff. Historical location. Great restanrant. Take the 12:00 tour of the property very insightful Only caveats is the pool is subpar rectangular no ambiance or character Restanrant Includes the tip in the bill but they don't tell you that and I added the normal tip in top of that and they didn't say anything either. That's very bad practice small.amount it's the principle and not acceptable from this level prpoerty"

"It was great! We came during low season, place was at <20% occupancy, and not everything was operational, i.e. the finnish sauna and pool were closed, and pool was not prepared for the season (it was technically open but not cleaned since last year, noone was using it), but the staff was very warm and helpful! The home was cozy. A coffee machine in the kitchen would be nice :-)"
