"Staff were lovely, the room clean and tidy, modern design, ours was a twin room number 109… decent size and a nice bathroom with good shower. The window gave very little light as it overlooked an internal area where pipes etc were so no view at all. I should prob have e checked the view when booking. We did have an issue with late night music noise which went on to about 2:00/3:00am every night … other than that the location is pretty perfect for all the areas . Great metro and bus links close to the gothic quarter Breakfast was a nice range of buffet items in a lovely clean and bright dining area Two lifts for accessibility … room was made up beautifully every morning when requested"

Our only gripe was no evening meal available so we were obliged to go searching around La Rambla area or taxi to find alternatives. It would have been nice to have the option to eat in or out. Scored 'GOOD' but the evening meal option would have rated an 'EXCELLENT' score."
