"We came here after our original booking elsewhere were unacceptable. The front desk was super respectful, efficient, and helpful. We were in a king suite and it was perfect for our short stay. My only complaint was the living area, with the sleeper sofa, was a bit warmer than the inside room but that was okay. We were on the second floor which is easily accessed by stairs or the elevator. There is a really pretty terrace upstairs with a "pool." This probably shouldnt be advertised as such but it...

"This hotel is in the middle of everything. No need to rent a car. You can walk to some great restaurants and shops. There is a lot of history nearby and the Fort at Old San Juan is only 15 minutes away on foot. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and air conditioned. Would have been nice if our room had a window, but that was no big deal. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. They held our luggage after we checked out at 11am so we could explore the area before we left...
