"When arriving at the property it looked very dated so wasn’t sure what the rooms were going to be like. We were greeted by the host and was taken to our top floor room. It was clean and nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed with lovely pillows and bed linen. The bathroom was exceptional too, I couldn’t fault the room at all. The tea/coffee facilities were fabulous. I would highly recommend. "

"Very comfortable beds, loved the decoration of the room and very clean. Breakfast was excellent , just make sure to order it before 9pm, I barely made it! Place had its own parking lot so that also helped in my case."

"Excellent service and extremely clean, spacious rooms. Staff were so welcoming, helpful and kind! The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is situated at a quiet place next to the river, that is an easy and quick stroll into the main hub of town. Be mindful of the electronic gate when it opens inward so you don’t have to quickly reverse your car as you leave the hotel."

"Very centrally located. I am a runner. The River Ness is outside the front door and you can run or walk by the river both ways on both sides. There are may bridges and places to cross. Many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We went to Zizzi's on the other side of the river for dinner. Breakfast is good. Liked staying here. Inverness left a great impression."

"We stayed here for one night on our family trip through Scotland. It was so clean and modern. We booked the family room which had two twin beds and a double. Plenty of room for me and my three adult children. The check went smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the castle and Victorian market. "

"This is a beautiful place to stay. Wonderful instructions for entering and for using the shower. Lovely room and great safe location."

"Older bed and breakfast. Seems like 3-4 buildings linked together so you can walk to dining room through the halls. Small room but space for 2 medium bags on the floor. Bed a true double but very comfy. Breakfast was delicious and they graciously opened 15 minutes early so we could eat before our tour. Short 10-15 minute walk to city center. Of note most of the full day tours depart from the cathedral which is a few minutes walk. It is a house so you can hear doors closing and the exhaust...
