"I specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised with air conditioning. When I check into the room, the room's AC was broken and has not yet been fixed for the entire stay. We are in a major extreme heatwave in Paris with temp of 102 F without AC and the property was unable to give us another room with working AC. The hotel manager even refused to directly communicate with us. Expedia tried to call the hotel multiple times to escalate that you should for us but the hotel never answer...

"My little dog and I have stayed at this palace five times in the past few months while my pup Underwent medical treatment at the nearby l’ENVA. Zenao is fabulous. Spanking new, well equipped suites and great staff and residents. The location is perfect for the train to Paris and to airports and shopping locally is very high quality.
The one alert is that there is no sign on the building indicating it is the Zenao hotel since the hotel is housed in STELLA savior residences. Go by the address,...

"This is more like a nice hostel. It was clean and quite spacious given typical European sizes, but my room had a dorm vibe. It felt like student accommodation, but it was fine and cheaper than other places. Had air-conditioning too which was great. Just not at all fancy."

"La chambre a un effet wahou, la déco est belle, le lit confortable, c’est propre, et, petit détail qui n’en est pas un, quand vous entrez la lumière est allumée et la chambre est chaude on s’y sent bien des les premières minutes. Le personnel est accueillant et facilitant. J’avais peur du petit déjeuner gratuit mais il est de qualité, varié avec du jus d’orange frais! "
