"The room was bleak and not welcoming with vinyl flooring and the rooms have not been updated, nor the TVs. Lighting was too bright with no bedside lighting, only recessed lighting. No enclosed closet, just a rack to hang clothes next to the desk with a shelf. The room had an usual odor which stayed in my clothing and hair. Not enough towels or wash cloths for 2 people (only 2 towels). The bed cover looked dingy and just not clean. The "so-call" complimentory coffee was downstairs in the lobby...

"Lovely surroundings leading into the hotel, pretty okay parking (no valet, $35 a night for self park in the structure with parking pass required, a short walk, clean and plentiful though), check-in was GREAT thanks to Luke who was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and shared the right information about the property and was enthusiastically ready for questions. Room service hangar should be left on the door handle and a note put on the inside on the door saying if you need your room cleaned don’t forget to put this on the outside on your door . "Was out of town working and knew I was going to work late on my check in day, called them at 8pm to let them know I’d arrive between 10-1030pm. The staff said I was good until midnight. I arrive at 11 pm, and that’s when staff told me there were plumbing issues, there were no rooms available, that I’d get a refund, and needed to go to another hotel. "The view the place was nice except air conditioner wasn't work and it was felt hot at night"

"It was like sleeping in somebody’s bedroom that really didn’t care about it. Drawers were dirty inside no hair dryer sheets were questionable. So much more I could say but honestly, you’ve got the idea. I guess when you’re only paying $100 a night you can’t really expect much more than that by the beach. The staff was very nice. We got an early check-in. The positive is it’s close to everything within walking distance. Beach is an about 5 miles away."
