"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. "Very nice hotel and the staff are very helpful, breakfast was out of expectation. We stayed in the room with 3 single beds, the space was too small and we can only open one luggage. "Accesible to the train 2 train stations one of them is the Tokyo Train Station. Cleanliness they fix our bedsheets everyday,new pjs,new ammenities ex.toothbrush. At night the drinking fountain ex. Soda and coffee and some desserts from 10pm to 11midnyt. A block away from 7/11 store.Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Very helpful they answer all our questions.
