. . , clean, comfortable room with your own bathroom. was in Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival so this was in the perfect location for transport links and amenities. it's basic but I just needed a bed and bathroom. Very happy and would recommend

I accept that it was student accommodation during The Edinburgh Fringe and that you get what you pay for but the shower tray in one room did not drain and all the mattresses were atrocious. In general the property was clean. My main disappointment was the communication with the property, before and during my stay. 4 messages and 0 replies. I received comflicting emails with regards booking in and booking out. As I said, disappointing.

Tried multiple times to communitate with the host on multilpe platforms with no luck. Someones dirty towels left in the closet. Not sure when it was last vacummed. No fan, or way to be cool during hot humid weather, even with window open. No use of a kitchen or fridge to store food.
