"Wonderful stay at Eden Locke in New Town Edinburgh. The building was clean and quiet. Check in was later than our arrival time, but the staff were accommodating with storing our luggage before we could access our suite. The room was a small studio-type suite, perfect size for two people. If one wants to be self sufficient, this is perfect. Small kitchenette with laundry. Housekeeping was only once in our ten days there, so the space was truly our own."

They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. "This property was not only gorgeous, but also in a perfect location. Our host was very quick to respond, extremely accommodating, and pleasant to speak with. The unit itself was well decorated, a perfect size, and had a stunning view of the castle and city. I did not bring a straightener, and they brought me one within 15 minutes of me asking. I highly recommend booking this unit!"

"+ Check-in was very easy and staff were helpful. Location was perfect for getting around the city, the AC was great and the bed was comfortable. - The cleanliness of the room was not the best and the lack of regular housekeeping was not ideal, as 4 days between cleans is a bit long. The HVAC did not appear to work for circulation, and there was some old water damage to the bathroom door frame/swelling of kitchenette linoleum."

"Very impressed with this place, and we only stayed for a single day, but wish we had booked here longer. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and well equipped. Showers and bathroom big. They had a main lobby area with a coffee machine, teas, and plenty of snacks and foods for purchase. The units were connected/adjacent to the mall, located right near Waverley station. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly."
