"We loved our stay at the Hotel Opera Richepanse, for many reasons. It's a really nice smallish hotel (under 60 rooms, I think) in an excellent location the 1st arrondissement in Paris, close to tons of shopping (Rue Sainte-Honore, Champs-Elysees), close walking to the Louvre, Tuilleries, Musée de l'Orangerie, Place de La Concorde, etc.), between two Metro stations that pretty much get you anywhere quickly and easily, and lots of nearby restaurants. "We had an excellent stay at the Le Burgundy (where we stay every time that we are in Paris ) We love the service, the staff, and the convenience of being right in the middle of everything!! My only comment is that this time we had room 505 and on the last two days when we walked into the room, there was a kind of sour smell, like a sewage smell. We forgot to mention it to the front desk because if you turn on the AC it will blow it away and you don't notice. So just FYI"
