What it lacks is some details: water in the shower runs cold and hot; instant coffee in the room is disappointing for a 5-star hotel; staff overall are not happy with their job and not greeting guests or smiles. For the $1000 / night we paid, we won’t choose it again."

"This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay."

"Amazing staff and hotel.. location was close to the shopping area and also surrounding restaurants has a variety of Japanese restaurant options. Are was clean and safe and hotel room was in superb condition and covert clean! We got upgraded to the upper floor which had a balcony. Highly recommend this hotel! "
