"This is a great location for visiting the Twelve Apostles and Timboon Food Artisans Trail. We arrived after dark, and found our key/paperwork in a small, numbered box, so we didn't interact with any staff during our stay. We stayed in #110, which was clean and had amenities like coffee and even a heater! Spring flowers were in bloom, and we could hear the roosters! It was a very relaxing setting. We brought our own banana bread to enjoy with our coffee, and then we set out for the Great Ocean Road and all of the many rock formations."

The cottage we stayed in is adorable and well-equipped for simple home cooking, with the town centre not too far away. We loved the beautiful flower gardens and, of course, meeting the sheep! "We had a wonderful one-night stay in a one-bedroom family spa apartment. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, airy, and beautifully laid out, with lovely high ceilings, a balcony with a partial sea view, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed (and more, including a dishwasher!). The location is fantastic, with the beach just across the road and plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants within a five-minute walk. Port Campbell itself is a gorgeous area to explore. Our apartment was on the second floor with stair access, so I’d recommend requesting a ground-floor apartment for anyone with mobility difficulties. We did stay on a particularly windy night, which made the wind noticeable against the windows and doors, but this didn’t detract from our overall experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We’d wholeheartedly recommend these apartments and would definitely return if we were in the area again."

"Our Daysy Hill Cottages one-night stay in a spa suite was delightful. Reception was smooth and the lady operating it was thoughtful in the advice and suggestions she gave us about where to eat and what to do during our short stay. The suite was clean and the gas fireplace heated the room beautifully. The amenities were perfect and would also be adequate for a much longer stay. The view from our suite looked out over the valley making the outside verandah a lovely place to relax with a beverage and take in the surroundings. This stay was our favourite on our 5 night Great Ocean Road trip and we wished we had booked 2 nights. I would say also that while Port Campbell is tiny it was quaint and appealing. The town was clean and fresh in appearance and offered a good array of dining options. It was a good location from which to travel to see many key highlights of the Great Ocean Road drive."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was lovely and presented well, in a quiet location with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed in Family Cabin 15 and had a couple of minor issues. The door lock was quite difficult to open, and some of the sheets folded on the bunk beds were unfortunately dirty. Thankfully, we only needed to use one of the beds, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would happily return."
