"Everything at walking distance, including the subway. The parking very convenient Rooms very quiet and extra clean, towels and bedsheets fresh and clean everyday. Room service very efficient. The best was the staff, Sarah in particular, helpful, nice, happy they can remember our names and what we were interested on. They made us feel welcomed and specials!"

"My family and I stayed for two nights and it was absolutely incredible. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Everything from the service to the food and the room of course were perfect! We had an incredible view of the city from our 18th floor room. That pool and hot tub especially were a big plus for the kids and us as well. My wife and I enjoyed a massage at the spa which we would highly recommend! Overall, one of the best stays we've ever had outside of our own home."

"The service desk lady gave a girl a key to my room without my knowledge and a parking pass with my name. She never asked the girl for an ID. When I checked in I had to show an identification. This was a complete violation of my privacy and security, I want a full refund!!!! This is 200% unacceptable!!!"
