En esos hoteles el personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos con muy buena actitud. En New York los únicos que nos atendieron con amabilidad y eficacia fueron Elías, Marco y Manny, de los demás no recibimos buen trato y muy poca ayuda."
