Hotel Dekat East Lancashire Railway

"Friendly staff. Good food and bar service. Did not use pool and gym services. What was not up to par was condition of property. Black mold and a leak in corner of lounge area. Room very strange door on bathroom and worn furnishings."

"The location was amazing and everything you need was a walking distance."

"Dear Management / Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally log a serious complaint and request a full refund regarding my two-night stay in Room 624 at the Hampton by Hilton Rochdale (October 15 to October 17, 2026). I paid a total of £163 for the room, plus additional parking charges of £5 per day. Having completed 12 days of hard work, I booked this stay specifically looking for a peaceful environment to rest and sleep. Instead, the accommodation and service experienced fell...

"A welcomed change to your typical hotel stay. Will be back."

"Convenient location. 10 minute walk into the city centre, Corn Exchange, Arndale Centre etc 20 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly. Very quiet room despite facing a very busy road."

"Mollies Manchester has a lovely vibe, it’s clean, busy but in a nice way and it’s impeccably clean and well presented. We stayed in a classic double on 5th floor - absolutely perfect (though shower / loo drainage did smell a bit unpleasant on the first night of our stay - but cleared after use -odd!). Main bar and diner very nice, comfortable, easy to relax in space."

"This was an amazing stay with wonderful staff and good ambience. Young people or under 50s will really enjoy it. I was not able to maximise my enjoyment because there was no kettle for tea or coffee in the room. Though there is complimentary unlimited drinks in the foyer. You have to come down from your room. That's a No no in my sixties... otherwise I would be back ten times and over"

"The staff was amazing Really impressed with the room and how big it was I came with my friends Very clean I would definitely stay there again"

"Excellent service and a very good value for money. Free parking was a bonus"

"Really enjoyed staying here, quirky hotel and a great gym by hotel standards"

"In an excellent position for the AI Arena as well as shops and restaurants, the Suites are well presented with all you need and the pool is lovely !"
