East Berne hotels from RM231

"horrible experience... upon arrival we were told that there was no internet at all, and therefore room keys couldn't be activated, and everytime you left the room a staff member would have to let you back in.. same for the gym, or anyplace you have to use your key. Staff notified me that this had been going on for two days, yet they didn't tell me until it was time to check in. I had to spend an extra $50 a night for another hotel. no offer of free dinner or reduced rate to stay there if we wanted to deal with this big inconvenience. no internet means no wifi- no streaming etc."

"Manager was rude and a chauvinist. Room was dirty. Was missing coffee maker. Manager put us next to the elevator and the loudest part of the hotel."

"Pool was under construction but no worries, a popl was created when i tried to use the stand up shower that had no lip. Water ended up everywhere and I needed every available towel to soak up the water. I know wet rooms are common in other countries but I imagine they're designed to be more fumctional than this."

"Our check in was very pleasant and all employees I interacted with were very pleasant. The bed was surprisingly comfy but the room condition wasn’t great and seemed a little dingy. Also didn’t love that the sink was outside of the bathroom. We stayed in a room right off the elevator so it was a little noisy at times but overall quiet considering the location is in the middle of busy roadways. I used the gym which was very small but thankfully I was the only one in there so it got the job done. Overall a fine stay for a reasonable price."

"Dirty room all around including comforter. Old broken faucet handle and broken toilet holder. One tiny garbage in kitchen area nothing in living space or in bathroom."

"Very nice king size room. Building is definitely on the older side. But the upgrades to the individual room is great. Make note there are NO device outlets. You have to plug your devices into the wall behind the chair or behind the nightstand,that does not make any sense in these modern times. Also the main desk was very “rustic” if you like that type of thing. The bathroom was updated with the new “half shower door” that you see in many places. Not really a fan, leaves you cold, but I would stay there again 100% ,the breakfast café was pleasant. Breakfast was included. "
