"Air conditioner very loud. No security lock on sliding doors to be able to keep it open instead of air conditioner. Couch area is very small and dark, no window. We used the couch bed and was difficult to rearrange the furniture to make it work."

"The staff were great. Prices are high. It was real nice to stay before our cruise. The morning of the cruise the bell hop came to our room took our luggage and took it straight to the ship. Went down to the first floor and got right on the cruise ship. Very simple and easy."
