"We enjoyed the friendly staff and the great breakfast. Our biggest negative was the mattress and the configuration of the bed. Mattress sagged in the midde which was uncomfortable for 2 people. The bed was pushed so close to the wall it was challenging to get out of that side."

"We stayed in a full suite with bedroom and pull out couch. It was very spacious. We were down for a sports tournament and to my surprise the suite had a washer and dryer. I was able to wash all of my son’s athletic clothing to be fresh the next day. I will choose this hotel next time because of this. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable."

"Hotel was great. Parking was free. Room were traditionally equipped and well maintained. The breakfast was great ! The food was plenty.the servers and cleaners were superior and well trained and very accomodating in service. My room had a dreadful smell but was corrected by the cleaners. Overall was a great stay and we would repeat again"

"We checked in after a long 14 hour drive around 9:30PM. Once checked in the front desk associate gave us the key to the room and when we first got in it, we had noticed dead bugs on the floor, dust, and a missing baseboard; which prompted us to do a further inspection. We pulled up the bedsheets to find food crumbs, dead ants, a dental pick and a phone sim card. The table lamp didn’t work nor did the AC unit. "Stayed with my husband, hotel is in convenient location and close to the US/Canada border. Nice and clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. The only issue we had was the bath tub drain, it was clogged and the stopper seemed loose, it doesn’t stay in place when tried to lift it, so water accumulates while taking shower. (Might need a little clean-up on drain and replace stopper.) But overall, hotel is great to stay and the staff are very friendly and welcoming."

"We stayed one night at Sunny Island B&B in White Rock on July 31, 2026 for our Victoria vacation trip before driving back to Calgary. The room was very clean, and the owner was super kind and friendly. I highly recommend having breakfast here—you’ll enjoy a delicious homemade meal that feels just like something mom made at home :) It was a lovely and nice stay!"
