"Paid for two superior rooms at a price that was relatively high considering the location (i pay less to stay in cities and this was a village) but was very disappointed to find no breakfast included in the price. Staff were nice. The room had some black mould on one wall by the door, otherwise clean but no remote control for the tv - so couldnt use it at all. Bed was comfy, but felt a little short changed still."

"We were disappointed in our room. The place is old, and needs better maintenance. Cost for room too high, plus extra for food, and extra for parking. I would not stay there again."

"Great property, with a good location. Quite, and only two train stops away from city center. And the shower had great pressure. Clean, and great amenities (pool, gym, and restaurant) Roxana at fron desk made it very easy, and provided me with a conversion plug from US to that weird british plug. My family and I enjoyed the stay."

"Our experience was lovely in the pool and room service was great, but when we moved the couch to set up the bed for our toddler, we found a huge amount of old puke in multiple places including under the toddler bed we were using.
