"My family and I stayed for 4 days. As I opened the door to the room, we saw the draperies hanging off the wall and the window uncovered. We had to climb on something just to cover the window for the night. I asked for maintenance to repair it the next morning. However it was still a very poor job. 5-6 ft Drapes were hung with only about 6 hooks. There were crumbs in the desk drawer. Water stains all over the night stand and headboard. There was a large round burn on the carpet. The room did have a microwave and mini refrigerator. The coffee pot was plugged into an outlet that didn't work, so I had to move it into the bathroom. There were 3 lamps in the room, only 2 were plugged in due to shortage of electrical outlets. 1 Electrical outlet didn't have a cover at all, another one was loose and hanging from the wall. The ice machine was out of order. The continental breakfast was bagged cereal. The basket of packaged pasties only had a couple items or empty every morning. There was a gallon of milk and orange juice in the mini-fridge available, and a coffee dispenser. The wood plank flooring at the front desk was peeling so badly that I tripped. The grass had not been cut, nor the bushes trimmed. The hotel needs alot of work and a manager who can get the job done."

"The door to our room would not shut solidly. It had a a large gap that let in lots of light and outside air. There were flies in the room, probably came through the big gap in the door. The TV remote did not work. At 3:00 in the morning people were shouting obscenities and having some sort of argument. This went on for two hours, no security here. No one from the hotel did anything about it. The police were in the lot around 5:30 when we began packing the car and checking out. The person at checkout had absolutely zero compassion for our experience and refused to offer even a partial refund. I would never recommend staying here to anyone."

" The room was clean we would have preferred a bathtub. The staff was great. No complaints on the breakfast. However the food we ordered from the bar ended up having hair in both entrees. "

"There was no concession at the water park; two of the four slides were broken. There was no free breakfast as Google stated. Food was found in the air conditioning vents. The room was dirty, and the hotel grounds were poorly maintained. etc."
