"This was the one of the worst hotel stays me and my family have had. We had a total of 5 rooms booked for several nights. We had issues with staff that were super rude and not accommodating at all. Housekeeping, our rooms were not cleaned. One of the rooms we booked was not cleaned the whole week, every time we complained they said they would follow up but nothing. At one point someone came into the room to clean took off the bedsheets and just left them on the floor didn’t even put on new sheets when I went to the front desk, I got the manager himself came upstairs and did the housekeeping for us that night. They themselves the manager was little helpful but they did not offer us any discounts or even comp our parking. We felt totally ripped off. It suck’s because it’s a beautiful property but the staff at front desk a few of them were extremely rude. Especially Angie that’s the name I was given of one staff member. Very rude someone like that should not be working front desk at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to be ripped off go for it I made multiple complaints to the front desk and the manger never followed up on anything. We were there for a weeding and using the hotel to stay as it was near our family’s home. We were busy and let a few of these things slide but this was so incredibly unacceptable I couldn’t believe the operation they are running here and how they are still in business"
