"We were happy to see that there was a restaurant and bar on the premises when we arrived as we were tired and it was raining. The food was good and fresh. The rooms are spacious but plain. The shower worked fine. The bathroom could use a shelf or cabinet to put your stuff on. There was a coffee and teas station. "Room was kept clean, as was the rest of the building. Access to the restaurant and bar was great. The hotel itself was also nearby lots of other places that was nice for our stay, such as other restaurants, the bus stop, grocery store and the beach. It was a nice place to stay away from the busyness of Edinburgh, but still access the city through a 20-30 minute but ride. Only negative was the mattress wasn't in amazing condition"

"Second time we have stayed at Bayswell Park while attending Scottish Open golf. Very helpful staff and good rooms which we think have been recently refurbished. Our room on first floor had magnificent views of the Forth. Our evening meal was excellent"

Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."

"Away from the main city . Hotel location is quiet silent , lot of green farms behind the hotel.Hotel building is very old but well maintained . Hotel foods are very nice also the staff’s are fantastic and very helpful. They can improve cleaning in parking area and external stairs and inside corridors. Overall it’s a nice place to short stays"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Marshall Meadows Manor House. We stayed one night, but ate dinner and the included breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean, the food excellent, and the staff genuinely helpful. The manager assisted with luggage, provided us with helpful advice for our destination the following day, and was very attentive while also serving at the restaurant. "Wonderful guest house in great location overlooking the beach. Free parking in front of the guest house and opposite the coop. Great room and delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Couldn’t believe we saw seals in the harbour and a great place for scuba diving."

"Betrieben wird das B&B von einem reizenden älteren Pasr. Die Betten waren zumindest im Vergleich zu anderen schottischen Unterkünften sehr bequem . Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und wirklich super ! Insgesamt auch aufgrund der Lage direkt am Strand sehr zu empfehlen!"
