"Beautiful hotel, staff were so welcoming and professional. I was visiting wih my 77yr old Dad and we were so happy with our choice. The location is ideal, close to the sea, station, shops and restaurants but still very peaceful and quiet. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

"After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, where we left early after a horrible night, arriving here was a huge relief.
A special thank you to the incredibly friendly and helpful lady at the reception (unfortunately, I missed your name). I had accidentally booked a single room instead of one for two adults and one child, and she handled my mistake in such a calm, kind, and uncomplicated way that a potentially stressful situation became completely easy.

"Very helpful staff especially the bar man
For a fairly new hotel the showers already having a mould problem means it will be rundown very soon. Rooms were nice and clean but the staff failed to replace adequate tea and coffee and it had to be requested. This is not acceptable considering the cost per night. We have a lovely experience, common areas were clean, it had the basics, breakfast was good with cooked options."
