"Overall the staff was good, with a few stand outs being great. However, my stay was not entirely pleasant, TV did not work and was not fixed as promised. Even though there is an abundance of workers, most didn't seem to know what was going on. Breakfast was good and the grounds are kept but that too causes you to endure excessive noise ALL day long! Also housekeepers are intrusive and rude, one lady was really nice. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else do so."

From the cleanliness of the room/resort all the way to the staff! Everybody was extremely helpful and kind. Huge thanks to Expedia for the complimentary room upgrade and the sweet surprise in my room! The view of the ocean from my balcony room was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend anybody visiting Jamaica to stay at the Moon Palace. Thank you for such a lovely experience!"
