Staff was amazing. Jean was the first person that welcomed me. She spoke English fluently and provided excellent customer service. Thank you to Jean, Wilson, Joey, James, Ivan, Bella and Jerry. Visiting from Monterey, California alone made my visit extremely pleasant. Each employee had integrity. I observed that all of them took pride in their job and a strong team environment. Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, professional and most of all kind. The room was cozy, quiet, very clean, inviting and spacious. I requested a room with a window and they were able to provide one immediately.
There was plenty of warm water for showering twice a day. Location is walking distance to City Mall approximately 12 min and about 4k from downtown.
Wilson, the cook provided a delicious breakfast during my 3 night stay. He asked me the day before what time I would like breakfast served. He was timely and always served with a smile; a very pleasant young man. The hotel has a very nice cafe offering many different coffee drinks. It's a nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee.
My only suggestion when relying on public transportation such as a scooter, ask what the cost is prior to getting on. A scooter driver charged me 100 pesos for a 5.5k mile ride. According to the locals, he should have only charged 60 pesos. Other than this, my overall stay at the hotel was fabulous. It was a blessing to stay at this hotel.
No phone and TV , No Elevator, the rooms so expensive and also the food and coffee and shakes so expensive, no discounts for senior citizens this accommodation not recommended

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Hotels.com has to be truthful about everything.
It is not the Hotel fault it actually the promotional add, the place has no safety box, no tv for entertainment, and if your handy cap no elevator even it's only 2 floor. The stuff are very and the Management are very helpful but asking for refund from Hotel.com that's impossible, I have tried but somehow they will not respond to your email, no phone number to call either.

The kitchen in the morning wasn’t open when it was supposed to be at 7am and when it did finally open the staff was forgetful and incompetent with their food service.
None of their rooms had a working television available.
If you wanted to check out of your room early like 7am or at 8pm at night and get your deposit back there was no one available.
I chose this hotel because it had excellent reviews, but apparently they were fake.
