There was only one towel despite the fact that we were four people booked in a quadruple room. And the wifi was not consistent, making it a challenge when ordering an Uber to the airport in the morning."

"The air conditioning was malfunctioning the whole weekend. Our room was 28.5 degrees. The entire hotel was hot, including the restaurant, spa, and pool area. The bathroom was moldy and smelled rancid. The hotel should have provided vouchers for us to switch to a nearby hotel instead. It was not a nice weekend at all."
