"Well, I arrived from the airport after flying all day across the USA from Wash DC, to check in and I was rather in a hurry to get checked in and make an appointment I had in Albuquerque evening. It was a bit disconcerting to find a hand written note taped to the office window saying, "I'll be back in 15 minutes." "The room was generally clean and very spacious, but was old and outdated. Carpet was ripped up in multiple places, a lot of visibly peeling paint, areas where holes in the walls had been patched but not painted over, and the caulk in the showers needs redone and was starting to mildew. The building drastically needs a face lift. Beds were comfortable but pillows small and flat I needed 3."
