"We had a wonderful time at this hotel! We were able to enjoy lots of Dublin sites within walking distance and then had a few drinks I. The Mercantile bar before turning in. Great ambiance! We made a mistake with parking and had an early check out. The individual at the front desk was so helpful and really went out of his way to help us. "

"Travelling as a family of 5. The room was perfect for what we needed. The staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. My only comments are that the website was a misleading as it advertised a pool. This is why we booked here for the kids. However, the pool is not in the hotel. It was in a different building you had to walk to. It closed early and we weren't able to use it. On a minor issue, it would have been nice if there were hoooks in the bathroom to hang your towel. Overall we loved our stay and will choose here next time we fly from Dublin. "
