Great value

This hotel is excellent for business or solo travel. Good location near a train station, great service, and some good amenities. I was a bit annoyed that the additional services like room service and ordering a bathrobe were not possible though.

Front desk staff are very kind and helpful. Clean room ,comfortable bed with clean sheets and 2 pillows. Floors are clean and cleaned daily 👌 . Sauna was a treat. And breakfast was delicious 😋. 10 minutes feom Airport. 2 minutes to the train although down town is near and in good weather is a pleasure walk where you have the shopping and coffee shops everywhere with great selection of pastry's... We just loved every moment and definitely will come back. Thank you hotel NH !!!

Good hotel

Worth for the price, good location in Neustadt and close to the trainstation or bus-stop to other cities. Picked this hotel because of the ”hamam sauna”, but that wasnt Hamam and for the extra price not worth it. But the hotel and room are good and nice with a little store downstairs for snacks and drinks when you stay on a sunday :)

Great loaction, good for families

This hotel was right on the corner and easy to get to as well as parking was underground and convenient. We had two kids and the hotel set up two twin beds with a container of candy and a game for each kid. That was a very lovely touch. Rooms were not super spacious but it was clean and functional. Location was safe and good walking distance to the main touristy areas. There is also a Lidl and Mcdonalds a couple minutes walk away.

Unwelcoming!

A quiet, comfortable hotel not too far from restaurants. The a/c was not efficient and we found the room hot. The most disappointing thing was the attitude of the check in staff. We are from Australia and have been travelling for four years. There was no smile or greeting and we were made to feel quite unwelcome and uncomfortable. Sadly for these reasons I’m unable to recommend this hotel.

Not a bad hotel but, our room smelled moldy/damp/funky. The hallways did as well so fairly sure it wasn’t just our room. Beds were comfy. The location is further away than you’d prefer to walk and the price doesn’t make up for it. Won’t stay here again.

Nice hotel good area and accessible. Bar staff so nice I enquired as to why the smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag wrapped around it. Still waiting for an answer as this could have be an issue On checking in they asked my wife did we want the room cleaning. For what the nightly charge was I would expect cleaning each morning to be standard No doubt we will receive a standard response from the hotel. Let’s wait and see
