"We were booked in with Best Western but actually had to check in and eat in the Courtyard Marriot. We struggled to get into the parking area as a service lorry and skip were obstructing the entrance. Very confusing as to where we should check in. Our main rooms were in the Best Western Building but everything else was in the Courtyard Marriot building. "Staff was friendly, hotel was nice and the location was great. Our only issue was they weren’t able to do laundry service because we were there during a weekend. It would have been nice if they advertised that their laundry service was Monday to Friday only so we could have planned better. "
