"Great location and good room. Unfortunately the bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully and if it slid to far to closing it would jam and you’d need to wrestle the door back. Shower faucet dripped as well"

"I rarely take the time to write feedback about a hotel, but Parc 55 was a huge disappointment and did not reflect the Hilton Honors Brand. 1. The room was old and dirty one of the selling points of this hotel is the huge sweeping windows and city view the windows were so dirty i could not see out of them , i took a piece of cloth and wiped the window it was layers of jet black, the room feels dirty and smells like cigarette smoke, the chair was filthy i did not even put any of my items on it,...

"There were no vending machines nor walk-up area to purchase drinks or snacks after hours. I had to drink water out of the ice machine water dispenser.
I paid for a corner room through Expedia but did not get a corner room."

"What was unique about the hotel the was the use of technology throughout. I travel solo so my room was small compact and very comfortable. Everything was within reach. The nightstand iPad gives you total control over the room. I controls the lighting, tv, curtains the sounds. It has a program to set the mood thru lights and sound for falling to sleep for example. The Staff are laid back, approachable and accommodating and thank you Kat for your help! I would book again."

"Overall, the Orchard Hotel was definitely worth the value. For the price I paid, I was very pleased with the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the room. The room was spacious, and clean, and the bed and pillows were especially comfortable.
The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very responsive to all of our needs and requests.
My only reservation is that the hotel’s decor and overall design feel somewhat outdated. The rooms and common areas have a more...
