"I stayed for 3 nights while attending my sons university graduation. I loved the location of this property a quick walk away from Church of the Holyrood and Stirling Castle. The walk into the city center is 5 minutes downhill. The hotel is located in an old School house so I was fascinated by the building. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so it was a bit warm at nights but that was not unexpected. The meals in the restaurant were excellent."

Thankfully, this wasn’t the case — our room was pleasant, comfortable, and spacious enough for a one‑night stay. "On first arriving was a bit disappointed with initial outlook but this was a wee surprise. Staff on checking in were very nice gave us directions to free parking at back of the hotel. Room was very clean and tidy bathroom was clean but for safety could do with a handle to get in and out of the shower maybe a nonslip mat in the bath and a bath mat to step out.
