I reported it immediately, but to this day, the issue has not been resolved and I haven’t received a refund. Extremely unprofessional."

"Clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast, lovely staff. The area is very nice and lively but the hotel is at a quiet part of it so we did not hear anything from outside. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They provide parking if you are coming with a car, just be mindful there are narrow streets you have to drive to get by. If not, there is public parking nearby that is very cheap for overnight parking. Highly recommend this cute hotel. "
