Receptionist who calls herself a lower level supervisor, called the police on upset customer who apparently just came out of a hospital and was trying to get her clothes from laundry service. This shows the lack of civility and professionalism in the hotel and is not worth the money. The stars are misleading. Instead of resolving her issue the receptionist made it difficult and won’t do her job. Her ignorance/laziness was bigger than her thinking capabilities and I felt upset for the situation. Overall the hotel is mediocre and they hire the wrong people for the wrong positions. There was only one person who was helpful. His name was Ibrahim. I did not like stay because they also failed to deliver my clothes in the room.
