"We stayed at Megasaray Westbeach in the second week of November and had an amazing time. We were a group of 18 people travelling from different countries for my brother’s wedding in Antalya, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The staff were great from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, honest, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has recently introduced an off season concept with breakfast only, half board and all inclusive. Even with some areas closed during this period, mainly the food court, the all inclusive option was still good value. The food quality was very good, with plenty of variety throughout the stay. Drinks and pasties were also very nice. The hotel was genuinely fully booked for a couple of days while we were there in November, which says a lot about the level of service they maintain. A few members of our group were staying elsewhere and visited us at various times. Management were very understanding and even allowed late visits (after 9 pm). They even offered complimentary tea for our visitors which was much appreciated, especially since many all inclusive resorts are strict about outside visitors. A special thank you to Sadaf from guest relations who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She even helped us with a few last minute wedding related arrangements (noting the wedding was outside and unrelated to Megasaray) and made sure everything ran smoothly. "

"The staff were absolutely spot on with their customer service. From the moment we got there, our receptionist Maria went above and beyond in ensuring we were looked after. Overall all the staff in general were very much customer focused and made sure our stay was pleasent."

"I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is ideally situated on the beachfront. There were lots of bars/ cafes/ restaurant for meals and snacks day and night. The beach was 50 metres away and the hotel provided beach towels (if required). The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with hot and cold options. The room allocated was a good size (I was a single occupant). It was very comfortable and cleaned very day. There was a good selection of TV channels and the wifi coverage was good. I used the gym but not the spa facilities. Despite being on the main road the hotel was quiet. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. In order to visit the old town of Antalya you would require to get a taxi or walk for 1 hour. "
