"My stay at this hotel was okay. The room was very nice. Looked exactly like the photos. What brings the grade down for me is the amenities and the quality of service from the staff. The toilet in my room worked properly, however the water in the toilet would periodically begin to give off a foul unpleasant odor. When I addressed the issue with the staff, nothing was done to correct the issue. Not sure if it is related to some sort of plumbing issue, but hopefully it is corrected in the future....

"Good hotel for a very reasonable price. Good shopping and restaurant nearby as well as easy access to public transit. The only thing worth mentioning is that, while everything is clean, it would benefit from some basic maintenance: the sink was not draining properly, lamps and outlets were damaged but still functional, and the PC in my room had a depleted BIOS battery. None was these things were essential but all of if could be fixed easily."

"This place is okay for a couple or friends hanging out there, not family friendly. Room has a smell of cigarettes which bothers us the most. Building needs to be maintained."

"I had a very comfortable stay at this room. The space is clean, modern, and well-organized. I especially appreciated the separate work area with dual monitors and comfortable chairs, which made it easy to get some work done during my trip. The sleeping area was spacious, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The lighting was soft and relaxing, and having a big TV in front of the bed was a nice bonus for unwinding at night. "The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. There were cockroaches in the room, the drain did not work properly, and the bed squeaked loudly with even slight movement. Overall, the facility was poorly maintained and the stay was very disappointing. I would not stay here again."

"The front desk staff and overall service at this hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming! However, there was a maintenance issue in room 901—the sink has a long-term leak, and the wood underneath has become visibly moldy. The staff is wonderful, but the room condition needs improvement.""
