"Pros: Room was clean, it would be a more spacious size in comparison to a hotel. Communication was clear so it was a smooth process to check in and check out. Location was excellent, train located in the same building, in the basement. Convenience stores right outside of the building. Felt like a safe neighbourhood. Myeongdong is just a 10 minutes walk away. Cons: There was daily housekeeping but we got the bare minimum which was change of towels. We did not get daily water bottles or toilet...
