The breakfast offered a variety of foods and was tasty, but the only drawback to the whole stay was that I would have enjoyed breakfast more if the "hot" dishes had actually been hot! Nevertheless, I will certainly return. "

"Our expectations were by far exceeded with this lovely hotel. All the staff that we came across was helpful, friendly and so efficient. We spent the afternoon on Saturday in the Nelson and enjoyed a delicious lunch. The receptionist was welcoming and warm and very helpful with queries and organising a little suprise in our room. The room was clean, well equipped and very nicely presented. The bed was bit on the hard side but this is probably down to personal preference more than anything else....
