"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. "Expedia says this is a smoke free property - this is NOT TRUE. There is a hookah bar inside as part of the main lobby bar area. Food was pretty solid. It's definitely hotel buffet food, but there was some very good dishes at each meal. If you're on half board (not all inclusive) they make you pay for water in the restaurant - it makes sense but feels a bit stingy. The drink prices are pretty good though (like 2 TND for water, 4 TND for spirits). There isn't easily accessible information about...
