"Expedia let us book a room that the hotel itself would not book when they had a live band playing (the room does not insulate against the sound/noise and guests would not be able to sleep). Upon arrival, the front desk clerk informed us of this, and let us cancel without penalty, but we then had to find another hotel because this Travelodge had no other vacancies."

"It was a busy weekend when we were there a bit noisy with lots of children. Breakfast was good. I think as an elderly couple we should have been automatically scheduled for the 4th floor. Which they moved us when requested (Thank You). Also they do need to upgrade their mattresses. Beds were terrible."
