"Didn’t appreciate the $100 damage deposit collected at check-in. Sure its returned but at the bank’s timing, not the hotel’s. "They didn’t honour the reservation (two beds) despite booking a month in advance. Waited half an hour for check in on a Friday night with only one person on the desk. Walked a mile to the room. Heard the music from the casino or the lounge till the wee hours of the morning. Positives: allows pets and the kids liked the slide. The staff is very friendly as well."
