"The MO2 Lagoon hotel is a tired hotel that needs to be upgraded. The rooms need new towels and bedding. All the towels we had for the 4 nights we stayed were afraid and very thin with small holes on them. Some days we didn't get 1 towel and never got hand towels or face clothes. The doors into the rooms need a paint job. The pool needs a lot of maintenance done to it. The breakfast buffet is really bad. Go across the street to the sister hotel 100% better and cheaper. "This Hotel was very nice .I highly recommend .Very clean staff was so great ,very helpful ,courteous, took care of excursions,renting motor bike.The facilities are beautiful. There was nothing I did not like .It is a little ways from main city .There are tricycles, van transportation, and if your adventurous rent a motorcycle for easy travel on your own .Fantastic time ,wonderful stay ."

"Room was clean and updated. AC worked phenomenally, the breakfast was great with fruit, egg station, pastries, juices, hot station, pancakes, and desserts. The pool was fantastic. They even had a pool side bar that was by one get one for happy hour, which we took full advantage of. You really don’t even have to leave the resort there is a restaurant , cafe and small grocery store right on the property! "

"Cadre très agréable pour ce petit resort bien entretenu Le personnel est très accueillant et compréhensif le lieu est calme mais assez éloigné de la ville donc il vaut mieux louer un scooter (15 min) Attention le voisinage peut être bruyant le soir et la nuit (fête, karaoke et chant des coqs) Le personnel en a conscience et réfléchit à des solutions pour mieux insonoriser les chambres Le restaurant est très bon à des prix abordables La piscine est très agréable "

"Had a serious issue when I checked in however the staff worked hard to fix the problem I the end the out come was satisfactory for me and good work from the reception staff to salvage the situation I will stay here again "

"The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered"

"掃除は丁寧でしたが、部屋に蟻がたくさんいました。田舎なのである程度の虫は仕方ないですが、蟻は気持ち悪かった。あと部屋の中のWi-Fiが使えず、再起動してもらいましたが、ダメでした。フロントでは使用できたので、私の携帯が理由ではないと思います。スタッフの方々は親切丁寧で英語が苦手な私のために翻訳を駆使して説明してくれました。感謝しています。食事は美味しかったです。"

"Nous sommes restées 3 nuits. La chambre était très humide (papillons d’humidité dans les chambres) et peu éclairée, nos maillots de bain/serviettes ne séchaient pas du tout. L’endroit est à 15min de marche du centre ville et c’est facile de se déplacer en tricycle de l’hotel. J’ai essayé pendant 2 jours de rejoindre l’hotel avant notre arrivée pour organiser un transport du port de coron vers l’hotel, on ne m’a jamais répondu, et ce, malgré plusieurs messages échangés auparavant avec la manager...
