"We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. Breakfast offered a good variety each day, which we appreciated. "The hotel is a little outside of the main street of Coron but has a pool which is nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful - a really asset to the hotel. However the room I was put in was a little tired, with signs of a water leak in the corner and despite asking for my room to be cleaned on two different days it wasn’t. Also they make you sign a waiver that they won’t be responsible for your belongings but don’t provide any kind of safe in the room (only at reception) which is unideal."

"Incredible stay at BacuaBay, we stayed in the presidential suite with a family of 5 (2 adults 3 teenagers) and it was immaculate, very roomy, to spread out and very comfortable. Clean great bathrooms and pool is awesome and huge! The gardens are beautiful with jetty and a bar on the jetty, we loved our stay here. Staff could not be more helpful and friendl."

"The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered"

"The staff are very accomodating and helpful. The room for family is very cozy, two single beds and 1 king size bed were perfect for us. The room price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it."

"One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Coron. Super friendly staff and very helpful in helping with transportation and tours. You'll need transportation to get into town. Shopping is not close by. Very reasonable fares in the tricycle transport. You'll enjoy the rides"

"Suitable for family & friends"

"We didn’t like that there were a bunch of ants inside the room and all kinds of bugs in hallways. The breakfast choices were fair. Staffs were wonderful - always ready to help their guests for anything."

"Do not mistake the Express part of the resort for the Gardens part. Our Express room did not have a refrigerator, or even a kettle. It was of poor grade. The room kept falling apart. Even getting thru the resort to the Express building is difficult. The entire resort closed it's dining room for all lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly. No restraunts nor stores within walking distance."

"No wifi in my room during the entire trip"

"Airport Shuttle was 250php and was pretty good value considering the alternatives. Skylodge hotel was ok. The rooms are minimal and the bar/kitchen areas were sometimes not manned. The staff I met were nice as is typical in the Philippines. Nice view but the walk up the hill was a turn off. Worth the money? If it you have left it late to book and all kithrt hotels sre full then sure. "
