"The MO2 Lagoon hotel is a tired hotel that needs to be upgraded. The rooms need new towels and bedding. All the towels we had for the 4 nights we stayed were afraid and very thin with small holes on them. Some days we didn't get 1 towel and never got hand towels or face clothes. The doors into the rooms need a paint job. The pool needs a lot of maintenance done to it. The breakfast buffet is really bad. Go across the street to the sister hotel 100% better and cheaper. "Had a serious issue when I checked in however the staff worked hard to fix the problem I the end the out come was satisfactory for me and good work from the reception staff to salvage the situation I will stay here again "

"This Hotel was very nice .I highly recommend .Very clean staff was so great ,very helpful ,courteous, took care of excursions,renting motor bike.The facilities are beautiful. There was nothing I did not like .It is a little ways from main city .There are tricycles, van transportation, and if your adventurous rent a motorcycle for easy travel on your own .Fantastic time ,wonderful stay ."

"Room was clean and updated. AC worked phenomenally, the breakfast was great with fruit, egg station, pastries, juices, hot station, pancakes, and desserts. The pool was fantastic. They even had a pool side bar that was by one get one for happy hour, which we took full advantage of. You really don’t even have to leave the resort there is a restaurant , cafe and small grocery store right on the property! "

"The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered"

"The rooms are basic but really good. Just need stronger fans as it was very humid. But the people and the place is amazing. Our tour was excellent, the local crew who took us for the crew were the best. The food served in an island was one of the best we ate. Also the food served at the resort was by far the best we ate.
