"Our stay at Pangulasian was fantastic. The staff were really attentive, helpful and went above and beyond. From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. The private island experience was amazinG, I couldn’t recommend it more!"

"The people are so nice. So many friendly staff members. Good was great and changed items on the buffet every day. Spacious, clean, beautiful resort. Private snorkeling beach on the back of the island. 2 morning tours and 1 afternoon tour that will take you to most of the good stops of tours a, b, and c for free. The staff to guest ratio is the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was quick to answer any questions or guide you in a direction. "

"I booked room one, a family room, as it was the last room available at the time. I didn’t need the additional space but it was worth the additional cost for the view. There was seating and two sun beds on the deck overlooking the bay. Unrestricted water views. The hotel isn’t new, but gets five stars for the view and the excellent food. "

"The villas are wonderful, spacious, and well decorated. The pool and restaurant are great with awesome views. Resort is located at the top of the hills and there's an ongoing road construction, but as long as you coordinate your arrival, they'll pick you up from the main road. Great stay overall."

"5月に4日間宿泊しましたが、ホテルに空港からの送迎をメールにてお願いしましたが、気温39度の中1時間30分まった後、歩いてトライシクルに乗ってホテルに到着しました。フロントに伝えるとスタッフは謝る事無く、帰りの送迎を利用して欲しいとリクエストされました。パートナーは不愉快に思い帰りの送迎はお願いしませんでした。暑い中、1500ペソ払っても送迎頼んだのに来ない事はとても残念な事です。しかし道路側ではない高層階リクエストはできたので部屋は清潔でよかったです。口コミにあるようにプールの床は滑りやすくパートナーは足を滑らせ怪我してしまいました。食事に関しては4日間朝利用しましたが、フィリピンにしては良い方だと思います。それ以外は挨拶等はしっかり教育されていました。周りにマッサージ、レストランもあり利便性は良いです。暑い時はトライシクル利用すれば歩く事もありません。エルニドはホテル料金が高いのでトータルでは合格なのでまた、利用したいと思うホテルです。"
