"Everything was fine and as expected. We have stayed at the Adina apartments before and would certainly look to do it again if ever we were back in Canberra. The staff were excellent and couldn't be faulted. Our only issue and it is a completely personal one was how soft the bed was and the use of loose fitting as opposed to fitted sheets. This we found a little difficult to get use to but apart from that we could not fault the facility or its staff. We would and have certainly recommended...

"We stayed 4 night’s. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balcony space. The bar, buffet breakfast and restaurant for dinner were excellent. The staff at the bar and restaurant were nice. It was a great location with the light rail a short walk away. Parking was easily accessible. The lifts worked quickly. The majority of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and the staff member was so friendly. On checkout there was a delay with charges to the room. We took the offer of the $10 per day to forgo house keeping. Which in total was $30. Felt like we had to argue our case to have that deducted from our bill. Overall I would stay again as this was a minor issue and next time I would pay for meals and drinks and not add them to the room account."

"I had a fantastic stay over the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities, including a good hair dryer and a wide selection of different teas and coffees available. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Good range of hot foods: eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Plus plenty of choices for fruit, cereal, pastries, bread and spreads. Some things to note: there's no fan in the bathroom so everything fogs up. And second, if you use the $ 24-a-day car park, you have to pay for your entire stay, not just the days you park. There is free street parking over the weekend, which I used. But on my last day (Monday), due to street parking restrictions, I decided to park in the paid lot. I was charged for all 4 days of my stay, not just the last day. The car park is not managed by the hotel; they just have a validation deal to discount your parking."

"From the moment we checked in the staff were very friendly. From the staff who maintained the room, the bar tenders and the restaurant/cafe staff all super friendly and helpful. You actually were made to feel like a local. We were informed we could join for free and become members to get discounts at the bar and restaurant. Near lots of good Asian restaurants, close to tourist visit stops. Close to town town. I also lived the support community with opening the restaurant once a month to local homeless people. They are charitable which makes it a better stay."
