"Lovely, clean, quiet, and spacious courtyard double room with a patio. Staff very polite and professional. Provisional bill on checkout day had few items that i did not order, so a visit to the Reception desk helped to remove these items with no bother, and the revised bill was reissued with the correct items. " Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. "
