No wifi the entire stay. No phone in room. Lumpy mattresses. Unopened can of Spaghettios under the bed. No boot caddy in the room for wet/muddy shoes, nor any throw rugs. No extra pillows or blankets. Not enough parking (snow banks should have been removed). No mini fridge. "
