"Fire company called for arson fire and was never told. Should have more then one elevator for three floors. Felt disrespected by staff the whole weekend."

"The only hotel I stay at when visiting Dorney Park. Perfect location, clean, staff pleasant and breakfast is top notch"

"Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there."

"The restaurant's food was bland. The fire alarm went off that morning, and no one seemed to care. We were told we could go back in before the fire truck arrived."

"Staff here were all so nice and helpful! The lobby and parking areas were very well maintained. Breakfast was nice. Shower stall/tub and soap situation (no body wash only hand soap?) was the only negative - since I was on an outdoorsy trip it was kind of a letdown but the room was great otherwise."
