"Super clean hotel, always someone around cleaning everything daily, even if it didnt need it or not. super trendy great staff. best hotel in Allentown"

"Everything went smooth from checking in to checking out parking was great and bed was comfortable thank you!"

"The room wasn't clean the bed wasn't clean covers pillow sheets all smelled like cigarettes. The blankets had cigarette holes. Garbage pail was filthy and nasty. It was nothing like I imagined"

"Once there staff was very helpful. Tried to call prior to arriving and was no answer multiple times. Was no elevator which was interesting. The rooms looked updated, but the hallways did not. Located right next to the highway, so nice for ease of access, but not as time with the truck horns in the morning"

"Staff were nice, room was clean and breakfast was good. Swimming pool was closed so we could not use. And the room screen window was broken."

"Fire company called for arson fire and was never told. Should have more then one elevator for three floors. Felt disrespected by staff the whole weekend."

"Clean and spacious room"

"Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there."

"Staff here were all so nice and helpful! The lobby and parking areas were very well maintained. Breakfast was nice. Shower stall/tub and soap situation (no body wash only hand soap?) was the only negative - since I was on an outdoorsy trip it was kind of a letdown but the room was great otherwise."

"The restored Wilbur Mansion was spectacular. The rooms were huge, the location was convenient, the amenities were perfect, the old architecture elements and history were fascinating, and the staff made us feel right at home. The dinner at the restaurant was one of the best we've ever had."

"We were there just overnight but enjoyed dinner at the bar and the room was comfortable and well appointed."

"The only hotel I stay at when visiting Dorney Park. Perfect location, clean, staff pleasant and breakfast is top notch"
